Among the Ping-Pong enthusiasts was a sprightly character known as Billy 'Bouncy' Bing, who was as bouncy as a Ping-Pong ball himself. With his fiery red hair that bobbed with every move and a pair of twinkling blue eyes full of mischief, Billy was every inch a Florida boy. He was always full of bounce, quite literally, just like his favorite Ping-Pong balls.
