PARENT AND TOT
Our Parent Participation Class is open to all guardians (not just parents) giving you quality time together. In this fun, educational program children will build a strong foundation for sports, school, and life! Confidence, listening skills, taking turns, balance, coordination, and flexibility are just some of the amazing benefits they will learn! Class is 45 minutes, a perfect amount of time to reap the benefits of gymnastics and hold small attention spans. Children must be the correct age within 2 weeks of the session start date.

Our Pre-school program continues to focus on gross motor skills, basic gymnastics drills and concepts in a safe and fun atmosphere. Children will participate in circuits that include tumbling, uneven bars, balance beam, and more. These preschooler’s will build confidence and coordination while learning basic “life skills” such as, waiting your turn, getting along with others, and following instructions.

Our Kindergym program is a stepping-stone into our recreational program. This program develops a strong gymnastics foundation using skills, activities, and games. We emphasize coordination, flexibility, and building strength on all apparatus (vault, bars, beam, floor, tumbl-trak , and foam pit). Classes provide a fun, safe, and positive environment for learning.

RECREATIONAL
This is a multilevel skill progressive program for boys and girls. Participants progress through the levels as they achieve carefully selected skills. Students participate in all Olympic events, (vault, uneven bars, balance beam, floor exercise, pommel horse, rings, horizontal bar) plus trampoline, tumbl-trak, and foam pit. Students learn through developmental progressions beginning with basic skills on each apparatus. Our classes are designed to develop coordination, strength, agility, confidence, and self-esteem.
