At the Village of Lake Zurich camp, we believe in the power of play for development and growth. Our recreation program provides the perfect opportunity for campers to have fun and learn at the same time. Our camp staff is made up of 36 dedicated individuals who are passionate about providing a positive, memorable experience for all campers. We take the time to hire counselors who are role models and possess strong leadership qualities. These counselors are enthusiastic and responsible, and they understand the importance of creating a safe environment for the children. During the day, campers are divided into groups with a ratio of 1:6, 1:8, and 1:10 depending on the camp they are attending. This ensures that campers get the individual attention they need to make the most of the summer camp experience.
