This reading program is designed to help parents prepare their children for kindergarten. We invite you to participate in this FREE program and
encourage you to read 1000 Books with your child. Anyone who is 3 years old or older and lives within Manhattan-Elwood Public Library District can get a library card. Children under the age of 14 will need a parent or legal guardian to sign for their card.
