Head Over Heels has been a community of gymnastics enthusiasts since 1977. Started by one woman with a dream to share the joy of gymnastics, our extended family of students, parents, coaches, donors, and sponsors have all played a part in creating a dynamic team that strives for excellence. We offer classes, competitions, and camps for all ages and abilities. Our coaches provide personalized feedback and guidance, helping each child reach their full potential. We’re committed to creating a positive and supportive atmosphere that encourages a growth mindset and helps kids recognize the benefits of an active lifestyle.
