Bittersweet Studios is the first co-ed aerial arts and fitness studio in Jacksonville that caters to clients of all ages and sizes. We provide a wide range of strength training, cardio, dance, and specialized aerial arts instruction, including pole fitness, aerial silks, aerial hammock yoga, lyra/hoop, trapeze, flexibility, acrobatics, and bungee fitness. We have something for everyone, from young aerialists to adults. We also host workshops and a winter/summer camp each year with industry professionals.
