In the sprawling sunshine landscapes of the state of Florida, where alligators sunbathe and oranges flourish, a unique breed of youngsters thrives. They are not your typical adventurers seeking lost treasures in the Everglades or surfing the epic waves of the Atlantic. No siree! These are the courageous and spirited softball warriors of the Sunshine State! Every morning, with the rising sun painting the sky in hues of orange and pink, you can see them heading out, the glint of determination in their eyes as radiant as the sunshine itself. Armed with their neon gloves, funky helmets, and bats that look suspiciously like Excalibur's distant cousins, they march towards the softball battlefields, ready to conquer. Let me introduce you to our cool imaginary character: Sliding Sally, the undisputed queen of the softball universe. She has pigtails that twirl faster than cyclones when she runs, and a mischievous twinkle in her eyes that could outshine any star. Sally has an uncanny ability to slide into bases in a manner that would make even the most slippery eel envious. And boy! When she swings her bat, thwack! The softball takes off like a rocket, soaring high above the palmetto trees, causing even the lazy alligators to lift their heads in awe. But the best part? Sally and her bubbly band of softball warriors are the wackiest, silliest bunch you'd ever meet. They make the softball battlefields echo with laughter and cheer, making even the sun in the sky seem to giggle along. In Florida, these kids and their softball shenanigans are not just a game, it's a way of life, an adventure that brings sunshine even on the rainiest days, one hilarious sliding dive at a time!

For over 50 years, Frontier Camp has been dedicated to making disciples of Jesus by sharing God’s Word amidst the beauty of His creation. Since our founding in 1969, we’ve been licensed by the Texas Department of State Health Services and are proudly accredited by the American Camping Association. We’re also a member of the Christian Camping and Conference Association. Our mission is to use Christian camping and outdoor recreation as a means to support local churches in fulfilling the Great Commission—evangelizing people of all ages and discipling believers toward deeper maturity in Christ. Frontier Camp offers a dual ministry: during the summer, we host a 10-week youth camp, and throughout the rest of the year, we serve as a retreat facility for churches and like-minded religious organizations. Whether through summer camps or retreats, our goal remains the same: to expose people to Christ and encourage their spiritual growth through His Word and by reflecting His character in everything we do. While we provide top-notch recreation and exciting programming, the heart of our camp is the spiritual impact, rooted in the truth of God’s inerrant Word.

Argyle Forest Park is an oasis of outdoor recreation and fun located in the Argyle East Village subdivision of southwest Jacksonville. The park was created by a developer who donated it to the Argyle Athletic Association in 1988. In 1994, the Association donated the north two-thirds of the park to the City, which subsequently renovated it and added ball fields, a concession building, and other amenities. The south one-third portion was purchased by the City in 1986. The park is now jointly operated and maintained by the City and the Association, which provides T-ball/softball/baseball programs for boys and girls 4 to 18 years of age. It also serves as a venue for non-athletic events such as live concerts. Families and community members alike can enjoy the park's numerous amenities, making it a great place to spend a day.

At AIST, we believe in providing a unique experience for our players by exposing them to the challenges of international sports. Our team of coaches and advisors are devoted to making sure our players have the best chance of success. American International Sports Teams (AIST) is a professional sports tour organization that began in 2001. The founders, Chad Wilkinson and Gary Haarmann, foresaw the need for an honest, reliable, and trustworthy international sports tour. They wanted to give people the chance to experience the world of sports on an international level. Now, AIST has joined forces with us to offer northeast Florida players a direct line to international sports opportunities. Most recently, Coach Taylor lead the 2017 Netherlands Tour and the STEALTH Team in Italy in July 2018. At AIST, we strive to create a unique experience for our players. We want to give them the opportunity to face the challenges of international sports head on. Our staff of coaches and advisors are dedicated to making sure our players can reach their full potential.
At our university, the Field House was recently completed in October 2015 as a total renovation of the Aquatic Center. The $5.1 million, 26,000 sq. ft. facility is located conveniently between the Student Wellness Complex and Arena on the north end of campus. The Field House provides an excellent space for our university's Intramural Sports program, where all indoor sports take place. It is also the hub for informal recreation such as basketball, volleyball, indoor soccer, badminton and pickleball. Students can take advantage of the Field House and its many recreational activities for hours of fun and enjoyment. Our university's Field House is a great resource for students and the community. It is a place for both competitive sports and recreational activities. With the completion of the renovation, the Field House has become a true asset to our university and a great addition to the campus.
At Oceanway Sports, safety is our number one priority. We strive to ensure a safe and positive environment for all participants and coaches alike. We emphasize participation over competition, and focus on educational elements of youth sports instead of performance. We believe in equal playtime for all, and that coaches should be judged on their “Fun Coefficient”, not their win/loss record. At Oceanway Sports, we recognize that youth sports are all about “the kids”. That’s why we focus on developing core fundamentals in our participants, such as teamwork, commitment, work-ethic, respect, and sportsmanship. We believe these skills can help to make our participants better young men and young ladies during and after their time with us. We strive to make sure that each participant’s experience at Oceanway Sports is both safe and fun. Our coaches are dedicated to providing the best environment possible that encourages learning and development. We hope that each of our participants will leave Oceanway Sports with valuable life skills that will stay with them for years to come.
