Once upon a time, in the heartland of America, there existed a wonderfully diverse state named Wisconsin, or as its friends called it, "The Cheese State." Now, this wasn't because it had unusually cheesy jokes or anything like that. No, Wisconsin was renowned for its cheese-making skills. Brimming with lush, green fields, mighty rivers, and vast lakes, Wisconsin looked like a giant green cheese wheel from the sky, perhaps a bit of Gouda or Cheddar, depending on the season. Now, within this cheese wheel state, there was a group of kids with an unparalleled love for water and adventure. Their passion? Kayaking! Rain or shine, they'd hit the water with their colorful kayaks, as vibrant as a rainbow after a summer shower. Among them, there was a kid named Kip, the Coyote of the Kayak. Don't let the name fool you, there wasn't an ounce of coyote in him, unless you count his crazy howl of joy as he navigated the rapids. Kip was a natural, his light-hearted spirit as fluid as the water he paddled on. His laughter echoed across the lakes and rivers of Wisconsin, infecting everyone with contagious merriment. With his signature cheesehead hat and a paddle in hand, he rode the waves like a cowboy taming a wild stallion. He'd twirl, twist, and turn, navigating the water with amazing finesse, making even the ducks envious. Kip and his crew's kayaking shenanigans were famous throughout Wisconsin. They weren't just kids with kayaks; they were adventurers, explorers of every river bend and lake corner. Their stories were as rich and full-bodied as Wisconsin's cheese, packed with bravery, laughter, and of course, boatloads of fun.

Our services extend beyond the standard after school and weekend classes to include holiday and summer camps, birthday parties, portfolio preparation, private classes, and custom pods. We also welcome homeschool groups and are thrilled to announce the recent addition of a forest school program to our repertoire. You can find Spark on-site in various schools and at our main studio located in the Upper West Side. But we're not stopping there - we're also planning to expand to the Upper East Side and Brooklyn. For our families in Pennsylvania, we run the program from our family studio there. And if you're not in close proximity to any of our locations, don't worry. We offer in-home instruction and virtual options to ensure that Spark can reach you, no matter where you are. At our camps, girls have the opportunity to explore and express themselves in a safe and supported all-girl environment. Our expert staff and Girl Scout sisters have been providing these opportunities for more than 100 years, giving campers the confidence to try new things. As a result, our campers develop courage, confidence, and character – qualities that will help them to make the world a better place. Through the dedication of more than 6,500 volunteers, we are able to serve nearly 18,000 girls in southern Minnesota, western Wisconsin, and one county in Iowa. Our camps provide girls with an enriching and empowering experience. With the help of our experienced staff and Girl Scout sisters, campers are encouraged to take risks, be creative, and develop their character. By providing a safe and supportive environment, girls can find the courage to make the world a better place.
