At Camp Agawak, we believe that every girl deserves the chance to make lasting memories and create friendships that will last a lifetime. Our campers come away with a sense of accomplishment, self-esteem, and a feeling of being part of an extended family. We have been offering an unforgettable camp experience in the Northwoods of Wisconsin since 1921, and we look forward to continuing that tradition for many more years to come.
Camp Agawak is more than just a camp - it's a second home where memories are made and cherished for a lifetime. With 45 activities to choose from, our campers can explore their personal interests and develop long-lasting relationships. Our facilities are well maintained and our staff is gentle and caring, creating a safe and family-like atmosphere. Our mission is to provide each and every girl who steps through our gates with an unforgettable experience, one that will stay with them for years to come. We have been doing this since 1921, and we look forward to many more years of making memories and creating friendships that will last a lifetime.
Major facilities for land sports at camp include two athletic fields for soccer, softball, volleyball, and other games. There is room for every conceivable land sport: archery at the archery range, riflery at our rifle range, four tennis courts for tennis, basketball on the basketball court, gaga at our gaga pit, and trampolines for our very special game of tramp ball. Tetherballs and other favorites can be found on the campgrounds. Our 55' Tango Tower with Zip line is a huge camp favorite and challenges galore. There also is an outdoor campfire site for the weekly all-camp campfire programs. A recreation building offers space for indoor gymnastics, dance, aerobics, and games. We have ping-pong and other games available in our camper retreat.
