Campers will learn what it means to be a leader in the Jewish community while learning important life skills such as communication, problem solving, and teamwork. Camp activities include sports, swimming, music, drama, art, and more. At Camp Duncan, we’re focused on developing important life skills, such as self-reliance, teamwork, and an appreciation for nature. We also strive to foster meaningful relationships and healthy practices. All of this happens while enjoying activities like campfires, canoeing, archery, and swimming. At Tourette Syndrome Camp USA, founded in 1994, our goal is to create a safe, fun and positive environment for children ages 8-16+ with Tourette Syndrome and OCD, and to a lesser degree ADD/ADHD, to meet others who understand their experience and learn coping mechanisms. We are a non-profit 501(c)3 organization dedicated to empowering children with Tourette Syndrome. At Tourette Syndrome Camp USA, we believe that children with Tourette Syndrome should have the same opportunities for fun and friendship as other kids. Our unique program is designed to give them the chance to meet other children with similar diagnoses in a positive, safe setting. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, so you can trust that your donations are going to a great cause. For over 25 years, Tourette Syndrome Camp USA has been providing a unique opportunity for children with Tourette Syndrome to make friends, learn coping methods and have fun in a safe, positive environment. At Camp Independence, we strive to foster a love of nature and develop self-reliance in our campers with spina bifida. Our programs emphasize meaningful connections and healthy practices. What’s more, campers have loads of fun engaging in activities like campfires, boating, arts and crafts, and swimming. Ultimately, our goal is to help campers build confidence and cooperation.
